Overview
We're confident in our remapping services and want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your remap, you can request a refund within 30 days of the service, subject to the following terms.
Eligibility Conditions
- 1.The vehicle must be returned to the original branch where the remap was performed.
- 2.The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original remap date.
- 3.The vehicle must not have been modified by any third party since the remap was applied.
- 4.There must be no evidence of misuse, abuse, or damage to the vehicle or ECU.
- 5.The vehicle must be in roadworthy condition and accessible for our technicians to work on.
What Happens Next
Upon accepting your refund request:
- • We will restore your vehicle's original ECU settings
- • A full diagnostic check will be performed
- • Your refund will be processed within 14 working days
Please note: A £75 administrative surcharge applies to all money back guarantee claims. This covers the cost of restoring your vehicle's original ECU settings and diagnostic checks.
Exclusions
The money back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- • DPF, AdBlue, EGR or Speed Limiter solutions (these are specialist services with different warranty terms)
- • Mobile service callout fees (non-refundable)
- • Where the customer has requested custom tuning outside of our standard packages
- • Commercial fleet contracts (separate terms apply)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Contact the branch where your remap was performed
- Provide your booking reference and date of service
- Book an appointment to have your original settings restored
